🎉 **Exciting News from Turner JROTC!** 🎉 Yesterday, Turner County JROTC hosted the **Area 2 Region Drill Championship**, and we're proud to announce that our cadets excelled! 💪🏼🏅 Turner JROTC competed in 4 of the 11 categories, with **3 teams placing** and earning a spot in the **State Competition** on **March 29, 2025**! 🏆 🏅 **2nd Place in Regulation Unarmed Squad** **Drill Commander: Ka'moni Smith** 🏅 **2nd Place in Female Armed Squad** **Drill Commander: Camelia Johnson** 🏅 **3rd Place in Female Color Guard** **Color Captain: Destiny Tomblin** We're incredibly proud of all our cadets for their hard work and dedication!
